Air conditioning is optional is and is $15 per day per unit. There is 1 in each bedroom. You can reserve it now and we will include it in your contract. It will be on and running when you arrive.

You may also request it be hooked up after you arrive once you see what the weather will be like. In addition to the unit charge, there is an additional fee of $25 for the property manager's time to come out and connect it.

  • Once we receive your email information, we will confirm the dates are available.
  • If the dates are not available, you will receive an email with availability, if any.
  • If the dates are available, a contract will be emailed to you.
  • Once you receive your email contract, please look it over and let us know if you have any questions.
  • If you do not have any questions, you would print, sign and return with a $300 refundable security deposit.
  • The balance would be due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Long term rentals may require different payment requirements.
  • If the rental is occurring within 60 days of reservation, the total fees are due + the $300 security deposit.
  • You will receive confirmation of monies paid when received.
  • Your reservation is secured when contract and money received and cleared.
